The Video Game Awards did not live up to the hype Keighley built for it, but there were are few great moments that made the thing worth watching.
To me the best part was when Uncharted 2 received the prestigious GoTY honor, but to millions more it could have been when the world premiere trailer of Halo Reach was shown. Video after the read.
The title is still at least a year off so it was only fitting that Bungie did not show gameplay footage, but rather a brief in-game cutscene of what you can expect from the newest installment in the legendary Halo franchise. It looks great actually and you should expect Microsoft to hype this one up to the heavens.
Your lips are dry, drink water now.

This trailer was a bit lacking but it looks like it could be really good.
ReplyDeleteThe video was the crap, it looked good but then again all CGI looks good, i bet the game play looks like the other Halos and are cartoon like. Oh iam a spartan i can jump 20 feet and nothing can hurt me, "I AM GOD, BOW BEFORE ME ALL YOU LITTLE XBOTS, AND KISS MY SPARTAN FEET. IAM YOUR GOD"
ReplyDeleteThe trailer was made with an in-game engine. Thank you for showcasing your intelligence.
ReplyDeleteThank you for showing yours, if you think that was in game then you are more of a fool then i think you are. Hahaha if moneysoft or Bungie says its an in game engine, I forgot most of the xbots will believe it. If moneysoft said that they would give away a free xbox to all they xbot fanboys, you people would believe it. Trust me this wasnt an in game engine. I have worked around game for about 4 years, and this isnt an in game engine. But then again, all you xbots still believe the xbox is doing great in japan, just because moneysofts Mr green says so.
ReplyDeleteI'll be the first to admit that I made a mistake but considering you're supposed to be around games for 4 years I'd think you could find better things to do then start fanboy wars. Pretty immature if you ask me.
