Erik Estavillo has been on a subpoena drive lately, and now he's targeted Bill Gates in a RROD suit filed earlier this month.
The subpoena instructs Bill Gates to bring "documents pertaining to the true and relative number of actual Xbox 360 units that have been fixed by Microsoft over the past 3 years."
It will be interesting to see how all this plays out. Having actually numbers on the amount of Xbox 360 units that died because of RROD is important. We'll follow this one closely.
