When id Software first announced their upcoming post-apocalyptic title 'Rage', it was known that EA was set to distribute it. Well since then, EA has let themselves go and we have now learned that Bethesda's parent company ZeniMax has purchased the publishing rights to Rage.
ZeniMax sent out a press release confirming what many already expected: Rage will be published by Bethesda, not EA.
ZeniMax says that they will be handling all sales and marketing for Rage from now on, and, according to the announcement, "The ongoing development of Rage is unaffected by this development."
