For the past little while, a hack has been spreading through Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 that allowed for infinite ammo and other private match glitches like a contagious virus throughout the gaming community.
A patch to fix this issue has been released on the Xbox 360 version of the game so now the problem is fixed console-wide. If you have resorted to playing Call of Duty 4 to avoid the problem you will happy to know that it is no more.
Does this mean that another hack or horrible glitch might raise it's ugly head to strike once more? Probably but by the looks of things, Infinity Ward is keep a close eye out.
