Soulcalibur, Tekken And Katamari Now Available For Download

Today Namco Bandai announced that it would start making future releases and back-catalogue titles available for download via PSN and Xbox Live.

"Expanding our distribution presence across all major platforms is an essential part of our worldwide corporate strategy," Robert Stevenson, vice president of online development at Namco Bandai Games America said.

"Through this initiative, our consumers will have access to our latest releases, best sellers, and hard to find classics with the press of a button."

Announced PlayStation Network Games for the PSP system:

Ridge Racer - $14.99

Me & My Katamari, available Dec. 22nd, - $14.99

Tales of Vesperia coming to the Wii?

A popular Japanese voice actor by the name of Rikiya Koyama may have accidently slipped up and revealed that Namco-Bandai role-playing game Tales of Vesperia may be released on the Wii very soon.

On his official blog, Koyama writes, "Tales of Vesperia is coming out on one thing after another: Xbox 360, then PS3, and now upcoming, goes on sale even on the Wii. More shortly, the feature film anime version is also opening in theaters (But, I, I'm not in it...), and after that, there's also a CD."

It is always a possibility that it is nothing more then confusion considering a new 'Tales' game known as Tales of Grace is on it's way to the Wii very shortly. But to Wii owners out there who haven't had a chance to play 'Vesperia', there is always hope.

'Tekken' film sales art revealed

Is it possible that the horrible game to movie apocalypse might finally be coming to an end? We have the upcoming release of the 'Prince of Persia' adaptation hoping to give these movies back their good reputation, but a recent discovery at the 'American Film Market' might send us back to square one.

The first sales art for the upcoming adaptation of the popular fighting series 'Tekken' has been revealed and quite frankly, it does not look very good, but I suppose I can't bash it till I've seen it.

Directed by Dwight Little, the film stars Luke Goss, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Tamlyn Tomita, Gary Daniels, Chiaki Kuriyama, Cung Le, Jon Foo, Kelly Overton, Ian Anthony Dale, Lateef Crowder, Darrin Dewitt Henson, John Pyper-Ferguson, Mircea Monroe, Gary Ray Stearns, Candice Hillebrand and David Pitt.

Let's hope this is good.

Namco Bandai Is Considering A Sequel To Tales Of Vesperia

So you've been itching for Tales of Vesperia 2 eh? Well keep your fingers crossed, because according to Namco Bandai's general Manager Makoto Yoshizumi, the company is "thinking" about making part 2.

"[During meetings, staff would ask] 'will you be making Vesperia 2?" [I'd] respond, 'don't talk like a fan!," he told Famitsu. "It appears that [within the company] there's a desire to make part 2."

"We're talking about it."

Keep talking, just make sure all this talk yield positive results. And by that we mean, Tales of Vesperia 2 will become a realilty. Thank you.
