PC version of Modern Warfare 2 won't work until Tuesday

Looking to jump in on the Modern Warfare 2 early playing, street date breaking craziness that have been occurring? Well you can't. PC gamers it seems are always getting shafted right? This is getting out of control.

"If you bought a retail copy on PC, you can play it on 11.10.09," Robert Bowling of Infinity Ward tweeted.

Most likely it's because the game uses steam works, so therefore it'll be locked till Tuesday.

So You have the hard copy of the game you've been waiting to play for so long and now, all you can do is touch it, gaze at it, smile even, but you can't play the darn thing until tomorrow. Don't worry, it's only a few hours away.

  3. Pffff, only shows the people that bought the game that they got even more ripped off, wait till they try the multiplayer only to find they'll be getting the console experience (Don't worry, IW says it's not a console port, and they would NEVER lie to us).

  4. the dedicated server thing has pi$$ed me off the most, i dont want 2 join a server full of 12 year olds who half way threw the match just starts singing or throws sum racists chants, either way id rather join a server i know is gud and not full of kids playin a 18 rated game and shouting there kiddie mouths off

  5. Game companies in general are getting complacent towards non-casual gamers. Remember when the industry actually cared?

  7. Bet the chuluks that bought it at midnight Tues are pissed they missed sleep. Personally, I don't like the fact that BB has my $64 but I cannot play the game until THEY say so. I thougth I owned the software when I paid the licensing fee($64).
